Orders and Processing
Orders placed before 15:00 GMT will be processed the same day. Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day. Preparation generally takes 0-2 business days (Monday to Friday). Delivery is then estimated at 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday). Delivery is free for all orders in the United Kingdom.
As soon as your order is confirmed, you will receive an email indicating that processing has begun. A second email will be sent to you as soon as your order has been shipped.
Delivery Times and Potential Delays
We make every effort to meet the announced delivery times. However, factors beyond our control (peak periods, public holidays, exceptional weather conditions, etc.) may cause a delay. We ask that you allow an additional three business days. If your order has not arrived by the end of this period, please write to us at support@zomatoe.com so that we can check the status of your shipment.
Order Cancellation
If you wish to cancel, please contact us as soon as possible at support@zomatoe.com. Once processing/logistics has begun, cancellation is no longer possible.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or contains a non-conforming item, please inform us immediately at support@zomatoe.com, attaching clear photographs of the item (and, if possible, the packaging). Your request will be reviewed diligently so that we can offer you an appropriate solution.
