❔ How long does it take to prepare my order?
Preparation usually takes 0–2 business days (Monday to Friday).
❔ Is delivery free in the United Kingdom?
Yes, delivery is free for all orders within the United Kingdom.
❔ What should I do if delivery is delayed?
Please wait an additional three business days. If your order has not arrived by then, write to us at support@zomatoe.com so we can check the status of your shipment.
❔ Can I cancel an order that has already been placed?
If you wish to cancel, contact us as soon as possible at support@zomatoe.com. Once processing/shipping has started, cancellation is no longer possible.
❔ How do I make a return within 30 days?
Contact us within 30 days at support@zomatoe.com and provide your order number. Products must be returned in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, complete, with tags, and in the original packaging.
After our confirmation by email, you can ship the package (original packaging required). Return costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
❔ When and how will I be refunded?
Once the return is received and inspected, we will refund the original payment method within a maximum of 7 days.
