How long does it take to prepare and deliver my order?
Preparation takes 0–2 business days (Monday to Friday). Delivery takes 6-8 business days (Monday to Friday).
Is delivery free in the United Kingdom?
Yes, delivery is free for all orders within the United Kingdom.
What should I do if delivery is delayed?
Please wait an additional three business days. If your order has not arrived by then, write to us at support@zomateo.com so we can check the status of your shipment.
Can I cancel an order that has already been placed?
If you wish to cancel, contact us as soon as possible at support@zomateo.com. Once processing/shipping has started, cancellation is no longer possible.
How do I make a return within 30 days?
Contact us within 30 days at support@zomateo.com and provide your order number. Products must be returned in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, complete, with tags, and in the original packaging.
After our confirmation by email, you can ship the package (original packaging required). Return costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
When and how will I be refunded?
Once the return is received and inspected, we will refund the original payment method within a maximum of 7 days.
