Return Policy
If you wish to return one or more items, please contact us within 30 days at support@zomatoe.com and include your order number in the message. Returned products must be in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, complete with all accessories, and with the original tags and packaging intact. Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a refund.
Once we confirm your request by email, you may proceed to send the parcel back to us. Please ensure that the original packaging is used to protect the item during transit. The return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, and we recommend using a trackable delivery service to avoid any loss or delay.
Refunds
After the returned goods have been received and inspected by our team, we will issue the refund using the same payment method used for the original transaction. Refunds are generally processed within 7 days from the date of validation. Depending on your bank or payment provider, the credited amount may take a few additional days to appear in your account.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange a product for a different size, color, or model, please contact us at support@zomatoe.com and specify the reference of the desired replacement item. Exchange requests must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your order, and only new, unused products in their original condition will be accepted for exchange.
Order cancellation
If you need to cancel an order, please notify us as quickly as possible at support@zomatoe.com. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but once the order has entered the logistical preparation or shipping phase, cancellation will no longer be possible. In such cases, you may still proceed with a return once the package has been delivered.
Damaged or incorrect item
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at support@zomatoe.com and include clear photos of the product, packaging, and any relevant details. Our customer service team will review your claim as a priority and provide you with the next steps for replacement, refund, or another suitable solution depending on the situation.
